Office Location and Information about Sessions
I work with individuals and couples. Sessions are generally 50 minutes long and at the same scheduled time every week (unless we decide otherwise) . I like working with people of all orientations and cultural backgrounds. I have worked with many people who identify with the LGBT community as well as the heterosexual community.
My fee is $170 per session(some sliding scale spaces are available). My office is located in Noe Valley in San Francisco Ca. on Church St. between 27th and 28th streets.

I like to do longer term psychotherapy with people on a weekly basis. Our limitations and destructive or numbing behaviors generally develop over a life time. It takes time to explore, unravel and make space for new ways of being. The depth of this unraveling grows greater over time.
I am also interested in setting intentions and goals for what you want therapy to help with (i.e. communication in relationships, being less self critical, working with depression or anxiety, dealing with painful emotions, working with addictions etc.) and check in with you about progress as we go along.
